AgriPay is an independent specialist provider of loans to investors in approved Managed Investment Schemes ("MIS Loans"). Agripay commenced lending in May 2006, and is controlled by Cunnington & Co Finance Group.

The Cunnington & Co Finance Group acquired the Momentum Investment Finance business from Allco Finance Group Limited, including the loan portfolio contained in the Gateway Momentum Funding Trust No. 1.

The present loan portfolio is now managed inside the AgriPay Momentum Trust. This portfolio is managed by C&Co Corporate Services Limited, known as PayNow.

Borrowers who were customers of Momentum Investment Finance may have previously accessed the website www.momentum-investment.com.au, but this will now redirect to www.agripay.com.au.
